Shipping Policies

Once you have made your purchase online and our Bed experts have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date. Your delivery date will be on your e-mail that you will receive. If you have not received this, please call us on 0207701145.

Please ensure you have given us your contact numbers (mobile) if you have one. You will be contacted by our delivery team  to re-confirm you are happy with the delivery date, at least 2-5 working days before you allocated delivery date. If you have not been contact by us then please call us as there might be something wrong.

We will call you 24 hours before delivery and text as well, so you know when we’re coming. Then, on the day, our delivery team will endeavor to call you when they are on the way, up to a one hour before they arrive.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday – 9am-5pm (depending on your location in the London or Kent.

 

Receiving your order

You will be wished to show identification on delivery, this is to prevent fraud. Our drivers will require detailed ID for the name on the invoice plus a utility bill showing the same name & invoice address and dated within the last three months. If you have ordered over the phone and your delivery is going to an alternate address details, we will require additional identification before delivery.

All of the items are delivered to the first nearby ground floor door of the specified delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery man will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
